Scam Details
I logged on to my online banking account (Huntington.com) immediately had security popup “cert does not match page”
issued to “*.dev.backgroundcheck.com” by thawte (popup said valid but not for page). It APPEARS that *.dev.backgroundcheck.com was channeling the real site, since it had the correct info and was functional. When I clicked on the summary account, it went to the detail as normal — except the same SECURITY Warning popped. logoff/logon and this time the security warning did not popup — I changed my password.
